You will join the Europe HR team, working closely with the Talent Development Manager to design, launch, and coordinate programs across the Europe zone aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining our talents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Development
    • Program Management
      • Support the animation of talent communities.
      • Coordinate and follow up on young talent initiatives, including retail and graduate programs.
    • Project Management
      • Conduct research on talent development best practices, industry trends, and competitor benchmarks.
      • Contribute to content creation, communications, and development projects.
    • Mobility
      • Monitor and support mobility pathways for young talent populations.
    • Employee Experience
      • Continuously enhance the employee journey and engagement touchpoints.
  2. Talent Data & Insights
    • Perform data analysis of talent pools to generate actionable insights that guide development strategies.
    • Maintain and update mobility trackers to facilitate career discussions and support succession planning.
  3. Performance & Engagement Initiatives
    • Coordinate Europe performance evaluation campaigns in partnership with local HR teams.
    • Support the deployment of Europe engagement initiatives, including post‑survey action plans (LVMH survey).
    • Communicate regularly via newsletters to promote retail career opportunities and highlight HR initiatives.
  4. Cross‑Country Coordination
    • Be the point of contact for the countries in scope, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
    • Support the rollout of programs and initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Business School or University) with initial experience in communication, learning, or project management.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Engaged, positive, resilient, and results‑oriented.
