Chief Transformation Officer

Finatal is working with a dental business currently doing €220m in revenue , and require a Divisional Chief Transformation Officer to support a transformation programme in France. The business is currently in a pre-deal phase with an LBO fund and requires an experienced transformation leader to help drive change post-acquisition as it looks to embark on an acquisition phase. With 100 sites across France currently, you will work alongside the fund on the pre-deal DD, and then once acquired lead the integration of acquired businesses across all locations, while also overseeing the restructuring of the finance function and broader operations. You will also lead on identifying opportunities for cost efficiency, through rationalisation and synergy realisation. You must be French speaking and be immediately available for this assignment.

• Acquisitions and post-deal integration
• Private equity-backed businesses
• Finance function and operational restructuring
