What You Need

• 15+ years in senior tech leadership roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in private equity or portfolio management is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of modern SaaS architecture and cloud technologies.
• Ability to work across multiple companies and cultures.
• Investor mindset with a focus on translating tech into business value.
• Strong network and relationship-building skills.
