Chief Technology Officer, IS/IT

• Define and lead the technical and technology vision in alignment with the entity’s business plan and MYB
• Contribute to the development of the IS/IT department’s MYB
• Define and oversee target information systems architectures
• Identify innovations and technological shifts through R&D, technology scouting, and proofs of concept (POCs)
• Define and monitor technical KPIs and ensure the performance and availability of information systems
• Define and facilitate the decision-making process for technical and technology choices
• Oversee the implementation of guidelines across projects and day-to-day operations, ensuring technical and security compliance
• Manage technical debt and lead the strategy for controlling information systems obsolescence
• Define technical policies, standards, architectures, and target solutions for infrastructure, networks, end-user computing, digital platforms, and operational security
• Identify and scope priority projects to improve the reliability of information systems
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in defining and delivering technical solutions
• Define recruitment and skills-development plans for technology teams
• Propose scenarios for optimizing technical resources
• Foster a technology culture within the IS/IT department and contribute to the entity’s CTO community

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in information systems engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in IT
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Deputy CTO, Technical Director, Chief Architect, or similar) within a large organization
• Strong command of IT architectures, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, applications, and emerging technologies
• Experience managing and leading teams
• Fluent English and experience working in multicultural environments
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multinational and multicultural environment
