• Lead global engineering activities and drive industrial transformation in the Aérospatiale sector.
• Ensure alignment between operational performance and long-term innovation strategy.
• Define and execute the global engineering and R&D strategy.
• Lead and structure a cohesive international engineering organisation.
• Harmonise industrial and engineering processes across sites worldwide.
• Develop centres of excellence and strengthen technical expertise.
• Drive industrial optimisation, standardisation and scalability.
• Implement digitalisation, automation and AI solutions.
• Build and deliver a long-term technology and innovation roadmap.
• Anticipate industry trends (advanced materials, energy, new processes).
• Collaborate with key industrial partners and strategic clients.
• Support business growth and operational performance globally.

Qualifications

The candidate demonstrates strong expertise in engineering, industrial transformation and innovation within the Aérospatiale sector.
