Chief Steward(ess)

Burgess recruitment is currently seeking a Chief Steward(ess) for a 50m motor yacht.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and resilient leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, maintains professionalism under pressure, and sets a positive example for the team.

Requirements

• All relevant tickets up to date- including Silver Service, Cocktail Mixology, WSET
• Previous experience as Chief Steward(ess) on similar sized vessels
• Must have very strong charter experience and able to meet the demands of clients/owners
• Excellent service skills, discreet & professional with owners & guests
• Creative with flower arranging & table scaping
• The ideal candidate is a seasoned, organized and efficient interior leader
• Career-oriented, passionate professional able to lead the interior team and create a harmonious environment onboard
• Schengen & B1/B2 visa required

Start date: ASAP

Location: France

Salary: EUR (DOE)

Leave: 60 days

Extras: 2 x flights & health plan

Vessel Program and itinerary: Charter – Busy med summer season & November crossing to Caribbean. Heavy charter boat with owner trips.
