- About the role**As **Chief Revenue Officer**, you will lead and scale Greenly’s global revenue organization.
You will be responsible for defining and executing our **Go-To-Market strategy**, driving **ARR growth**, and maximizing **Net Revenue Retention (NRR)** across all markets.
You will oversee the full commercial scope: SDR, Account Executives, Account Management, Partnerships, Sales Engineering, Sales Ops, and GTM functions.
Reporting directly to the founders, you will play a critical role in shaping Greenly’s next phase of growth and international expansion. #### What you are going to do Define and execute a high-performing global GTM strategy across segments and geographies Own and drive ARR growth, NRR, and overall revenue performance Build a predictable and scalable revenue engine (pipeline generation, conversion, retention, expansion) Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery around a unified revenue strategy Improve sales processes, tooling, forecasting, and performance tracking Drive international expansion and adapt GTM strategies to local markets Partner closely with Product and Delivery to strengthen product-market fit and customer value Hire, coach, and retain top commercial talent across all teams### ** Skills to succeed** Proven experience as a CRO / VP Sales / Revenue Leader in a high-growth B2B Saa
