Your first challenges:
- Operators vs Platform — who is right? Where B2C customization ends and B2B responsibility begins — and create rules so this fight stops happening weekly.
- Segments, bonuses & CRM logic High rollers, bonus hunters, casuals — all want different treatment. You redesign platform capabilities so CRM can run segmentation strategies without dev team crying every sprint.
- Scale vs Reality (CPO and CTO negotiations) Growth says: “we launch 3 new markets.” CTO says: “platform dies.” You turn this into a roadmap both sides sign — architecture, priorities, and business impact aligned.
What you will own:
- Group product strategy (B2B igaming platform)
- Growth, retention & monetization economics
- International scaling & launches
- Product org across Product, Dev, Design, Growth
You probably are:
- CPO / Head of Product / COO / CEO in iGaming (must)
- Fintech experience
- Strong in lifecycle, LTV, retention & scaling
