We are currently managing a critical leadership mandate for a high-visibility, newly created executive role within a profitable, internationally recognized digital platform leader (ebitda positive, above €500m of revenues)
While the company has built a massive and profitable global brand, the next strategic frontier is the hyper-scaling of their B2B business (partnerships, distribution, and tech integrations). Backed by the financial stability of the core business, this B2B unit operates with a powerful "start-up within a scale-up" mindset, allowing for calculated risk-taking and rapid innovation.
They are seeking a highly entrepreneurial B2B Chief Product Officer (CPO) to structure, industrialize, and lead this expansion.
This role is far more than a product leadership position, it is about driving a fundamental business model pivot.
This position sits at the heart of a major growth ambition and involves ownership across strategy, execution, ecosystem orchestration, and team leadership.
Mission
- Scale & industrialization: Evolve the current B2B product/tech landscape from bespoke legacy integrations into a highly scalable, industrialized product ecosystem.
- Vision & market Assessment: Drive the strategic product roadmap, lead market assessments, and identify new B2B SaaS or platform monetization models.
- Team leadership: Inspire, manage, and influence a cross-functional B2B product and tech team of 40+ professionals.
- AI Governance: Champion innovation while enforcing extreme caution and rigorous governance regarding AI integration, protecting intellectual property and ecosystem integrity.
Profile
- Proven experience navigating a "start-up to scale-up" phase
- B2B Expertise: background in B2B SaaS or B2B Product leadership, with a strong ability to talk tech with engineering teams while maintaining a sharp business vision.
- Ecosystem Experience: Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with high content-access stickiness (e.g., platforms with complex IP licensing, heavy third-party dependencies, or high-retention digital assets).
- Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable managing a massive revenue scope without losing the agility of a builder.
