Chief Park Officer (h/f)

Hertz is looking for a Park Chief (h/f) for the new season. MAIN MISSION: Ensure an available, clean and compliant fleet every day — organisation of the park, vehicle preparation, operational coordination and administrative monitoring of the files. 1. ORGANIZATION OF THE PARK AND MANAGEMENT OF THE EQUIPMENT 2. MONITORING AVAILABILITY 3. WORKSHOP COORDINATION AND REPARATIONS 4. ADMINISTRATIVE MONITORING AND CLIENT FILE 5. HR MANAGEMENT RECOGNIZED PROFILE We are looking for an organized, responsive and field-based person who can manage priorities and move a team forward in an environment where the pace can be sustained. The candidate will have to demonstrate rigour, autonomy, leadership and a true sense of responsibility. An experience in car rental, fleet management, automobile, logistics or the management of an operational team is a real asset. Licence B compulsory. The position requires a good command of computer tools and a ability to follow several topics simultaneously: fleet availability, preparation, repairs, customer files and team organization.
