Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) F/H is responsible for leading global industrial operations within the Aérospatiale sector.

Located in France, this role focuses on standardising practices, improving performance, and strengthening cross‑site synergies across an international manufacturing network.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global manufacturing operations across multiple international sites
• Define and deploy a consistent and scalable operating model
• Drive operational performance across delivery, quality, productivity, and cost indicators
• Embed Lean management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement practices
• Standardise KPIs, operating methods, governance routines, and management systems
• Lead global transformation and industrial optimisation initiatives
• Identify and execute cross‑site synergies and best‑practice sharing
• Support industrial footprint optimisation and capacity allocation
• Develop, support, and empower site leadership teams
• Partner with executive leadership on industrial strategy and execution
