Position Summary

Chief of Staff to the CEO: an entrepreneurial, highly organized, and results‑driven leader who will operate at the heart of our strategic engine.

You’ll work directly with our founders, acting as a trusted partner across key initiatives and decision‑making processes. Your mission is to keep Bigblue focused, fast, and aligned so we can make the best decisions and execute on what truly matters.

Responsibilities

• Drive the most critical strategic projects across teams — from market expansion to new business lines.
• Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the founders on key decisions and new initiatives.
• Accelerate decision‑making: prepare and follow through on executive meetings, ensuring alignment with company priorities.
• Serve as the glue between leadership and the broader organization — ensuring that strategy translates into clear, actionable plans.
• Own company‑wide reporting: structure and maintain our KPIs and OKRs, and prepare materials for Board meetings.
• Lead and improve internal processes that enable Bigblue to scale efficiently while staying true to its culture.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in strategy consulting and experience in an operational or strategic role within a fast‑growing startup (Operations Manager, Business Operations, Strategy Operations). A plus: 1+ year of entrepreneurial experience.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset — you simplify complexity and focus on what moves the needle.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication — you can engage with both execs and teams with clarity and influence.
• Highly organized, structured, and proactive — you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
