You’ll work directly with the CEO and help shape how the company scales across GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution. What You’ll Do Work directly with the CEO on company priorities, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment Act as a founder proxy across key initiatives (commercial, product, ops, hiring) Lead high-impact special projects (e.g. preparing for major deals, scoping partnerships, launching new GTM initiatives) Build internal systems and processes (dashboards, hiring pipelines, execution frameworks) Support investor updates and strategic reporting Partner with customers to translate insights into product and GTM strategy You won’t be observing the business.
