Chief of Staff — Paris Ops Leader for Rapid Scale

Ooak Data is seeking a Chief of Staff to take the operating company off the founders' desks and run it properly. This is an ownership role, not a support role, with accountability for execution across cross-functional initiatives.

You will orchestrate OKRs, quarterly planning, board prep, and track decisions and deadlines, surfacing bottlenecks to the CEO. Paris-based, on-site with travel as needed.
