Chief of staff / bras-droit CEO - Alternance

You will work in a multicultural company (job based in the city center of Paris). As a Right-Hand CEO, you will be in charge of assisting the co-CEO Maxence on various subjects: Finance, Admin, Purchases, Logistics, Customer Success of B2B, follow-up of all B2B contracts etc. As such, you will conduct the following workstreams:

• Operations: Assisting the co-CEO in all operational aspects
• Admin & Finance: Helping the set-up of new process in the Admin & Finance Departments (cash-flow management, tournée planning etc)
• Reporting: ensuring the financial and operational follow-up of client data
• AI: using all most recent AI tools to create dashboards. Those dashboard will help us track payments, track tournées on the fields etc. Everything needs to be created
• Logistics: Helping the set up of logistics processes
• Participating to the life and growth of a startup regarding various topics
• Assisting in analyzing, reviewing and optimizing processes

You’re coming for a top tier university and already have an internship experience. You are fond of challenges; you are ultra-proactive and ultra-motivated by being invested in an ambitious start-up launch and growth. You are analytical: you’re not afraid to translate your ideas into data driven reports. Your love reviewing and analyzing processes that can be improved and optimized. AI: you’re navigating easily on AI tool (especially Claude). You believe that AI can automate most parts of a business (will be tested). You are fluent in English.
