We are entering a phase of rapid growth focused on scaling up industrial production, international expansion, and commercial launch.

Your tasks:

Reporting directly to CEO Maud Vinet, the Chief of Staff is the linchpin of the CEO’s office, managing the CEO’s schedule and public profile and supporting her on strategic matters.

The role involves freeing up the CEO’s time, enhancing Quobly’s visibility and credibility, and coordinating the next funding round. The role is operational, involving daily interaction with the executive committee and Quobly’s network of public and private partners, investors, and supporters.

You will manage the CEO’s external relations:

• You will understand, follow and maintain relationships with Quobly’s existing partners (investors, strategic partners);
• You will screen and prioritize requests addressed to the CEO;
• You will implement an outreach strategy by identifying events and public speaking opportunities that contribute to Quobly’s visibility, in line with its commercial and international strategy;
• You will prepare for events and public speaking engagements;
• You will coordonate the next funding round;
• You will set up the data room
• You will follow up with investors
• You will coordinate activities with external stakeholders (legal, banking, etc.) by using optimization processes

You will support the CEO's external and internal engagements, producing and centralising her briefing materials and presentation decks, leveraging your company-wide knowledge"

Your profile:

• You are graduate of a top business school, engineering school, political science program, or equivalent
• You have significant experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, or similar roles (3 to 8 years)
• Experience in deep tech, the semiconductor industry, or quantum technology is a definite plus.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is required.
