Our mission

Physical AI is exploding. Robots are moving into warehouses, ports, and construction sites. Until now, every manufacturer had to build their own perception stack from scratch. That’s no longer sustainable.

We see the robotics market structuring itself exactly like the automotive industry in the 1930s: around the complementarity of OEMs (manufacturers) and Tier 1s (specialized suppliers). Robotics teams now have both the opportunity and the need to make software infrastructure choices that will last 5 to 10 years. This market is being created right now. It will consolidate fast and hard. That’s where we come in.

At Exwayz, we build the perception software stack for autonomous vehicles and robots, starting with hyper-precise, real-time localization even in complex conditions. We help our clients ship faster, deploy further, and focus on what actually makes their robots different. We’re a team of 6, running in production with clients in Europe and the US, and we’re accelerating.

Your role

You are the CEO’s right hand. Your job: keep the machine moving while we scale. Day-to-day is dense and varied, with direct visibility into every dimension of a deeptech startup in acceleration mode (fundraising, operations, GTM). Focus on three areas:

• Ops / Admin: team rituals, contract tracking, internal coordination
• Finance / Strategy: investor pipeline tracking, data room preparation, board and funding applications
• GTM: commercial support, content

It’s demanding. It’s formative. And nothing prepares you better for starting your own company one day.

Profile

Master’s level (top business school, engineering school, Sciences Po). You’re organized, you move fast, you write well. You’re comfortable switching between a strategic topic and an operational task.

Your role

• Client-facing: understand customer technical needs and translate them into concrete deployment plans
• Demo & integration: build demos based on customer data and run our full product suite in their environment
• Technical restitution: lead deep dives, present results, and run training sessions during free trial periods
• Customer success: manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to account management

Software Engineer

Embedded systems, C++, real-time perception

Your role

• Software architecture: design and maintain robust, real-time software architectures for embedded robotic systems on Linux
• Embedded C++ development: write performant, safe, and maintainable C++ code
• Algorithms: implement and optimize perception algorithms suited to field constraints
• Embedded Linux systems: work close to the system (IPC, scheduling, memory management) to ensure reliability and performance
• Hardware / software integration: ensure tight integration between software and hardware (embedded boards, sensors)
• Testing, validation & quality: set up testing, simulation, and validation strategies to secure algorithm behavior in real-world conditions
• Performance & real-time: analyze, profile, and optimize software to meet latency, determinism, and resource consumption constraints
• Collaboration & mentoring: work closely with the technical team and contribute your expertise
