The Role

As Chief of Staff , you will serve as a force multiplier for EGIDE’s founders, enabling them to focus on high‑impact decisions while you drive critical strategic initiatives . This role is at the intersection of execution, strategy, and external representation, requiring a unique blend of analytical rigor, operational excellence, and the ability to articulate EGIDE’s vision with clarity and conviction. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment across the organization and accelerating EGIDE’s growth in a dynamic, high‑stakes environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fundraising and investor relations: prepare materials, identify targets, and manage investor relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional alignment and drive internal initiatives that require cross‑departmental coordination, removing blockers and accelerating execution.
• Conduct market and strategic analysis of defence dynamics, emerging threats, and technological trends.
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and product expansions.
• Synthesize complex information into actionable insights for the leadership team.
• Support public affairs in aligning external communications with EGIDE’s strategic objectives.

You Are a Fit If You Have

• Strategic partnership with the founders and act as a sounding board and strategic sparring partner for the founders on all major decisions.
• Experience anticipating and surfacing critical issues, opportunities, and risks, providing data‑driven and financially grounded recommendations (e.g., M&A, growth investments, capital allocation).
• At least 5 years in demanding environments such as consulting, high‑growth startups, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
• Strong M&A, private equity, or corporate finance experience with the ability to analyze complex financial data and drive strategic decisions.
• Operational excellence and the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑pressure settings with minimal supervision.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex problems into clear, actionable plans.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Cultural fit: hands‑on, entrepreneurial, low‑ego, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and early‑stage challenges.
