The role You'll be the CEO's right hand and the operational glue across the company. Working directly with the 3 co-founders and reporting to Héloïse (CEO), you'll move across Ops, Customer Care, Customer Success, Product, Finance and Fundraising, and any cross‑functional project that needs an owner. The mandate is broad on purpose: spot what's broken, build the fix, ship it, and move on to the next thing. This role suits someone who treats automation as a default. Most of what you do should compound. Every workflow you build, every dashboard you ship, every process you document should free up the team to do more with less.

What you'll own

  • Sales and CS reporting. Live dashboards, monthly recaps, pipeline performance analysis. Most of it pulled from HubSpot via MCP and built with Claude Code.
  • GTM Engineering. List building, signal enrichment, lead scoring, outbound automation. Tools: Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, n8n, Lemlist, custom AI agents.
  • Strategic projects. Fundraising support, new market entry, pricing experiments, partnerships.
  • Internal operations. KPIs across departments, headcount planning, cross‑functional alignment, biweekly company updates.
  • AI workflows. Build automations that scale the entire team and remove repetitive work across every department. We use AI as an engine, not a feature.
  • Hiring support. Sourcing, screening, and process design for new roles.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a high‑growth startup, strategy consulting, or investment banking.
  • Worked directly with founders or C‑level executives in fast‑moving environments.
  • Track record of shipping cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end.
  • Strong business sense. Understand how revenue, margin, and growth fit together, and can hold your own in strategy conversation with the founders.
  • Automation‑minded operator. Don't just analyze problems, you ship the fix.
  • AI‑fluent. Use Claude (Code) and other cutting‑edge AI tools daily. Have already built workflows that replaced manual work.
  • Comfortable in HubSpot, Notion, Slack, advanced Sheets/Excel, and ideally touched outbound and automation tools (Clay, n8n, Lemlist, Apollo).
  • Good writing – can draft investor memos, internal communication and customer‑facing emails that land without being over‑polished.
  • Bi‑lingual EN/FR. English is the working language, and many customer and prospect conversations happen in French.
  • Aspirations to start your own company one day, wanting to learn how every function works from the inside.

Fit/Preferences

  • Expect a clearly defined role with stable responsibilities.
  • Prefer strategic advisory over hands‑on execution.
  • Require consistency in priorities; don't tolerate week‑to‑week shifts.
  • Looking for a 12‑month stepping stone into a functional leadership role.
