Chief of IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Client Services

Council of Europe - EDQM seeks an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure & Client Services to lead the IT, Client Services and DevOps teams in Strasbourg. You will drive modernization, automation, and digital transformation while ensuring secure, reliable and high‑performing environments.

Responsibilities include overseeing cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, identity management and business continuity, plus service desk leadership and continuous improvement through KPIs and SLAs.
