We are looking for a CMO to own that.
This role owns the entire marketing function: growth, brand, acquisition, retention, creators, affiliates, social, community and content.
Just as importantly, you will own the entire Bitfortune brand strategy, direction and identity. You will define what Bitfortune stands for, how it looks, how it sounds and how it shows up across every channel.
You will report directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire Bitfortune brand strategy, positioning, voice, identity and creative direction
- Build Bitfortune into one of the most recognisable brands in crypto gambling
- Own growth across FTDs, revenue, retention and player quality
- Build and execute the acquisition strategy across affiliates, creators, paid media, SEO, social, community and partnerships
- Improve conversion from click -> registration -> deposit
- Improve traffic quality and cut wasted spend
- Build CRM, VIP and retention campaigns that increase repeat deposits and player value
- Build a repeatable system around creators, streamers and affiliates
- Own channel strategy, budget allocation, attribution and performance reporting
- Build and lead the marketing team as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience growing a crypto casino, sportsbook, sweepstakes or similar high-growth gambling business
- Strong experience across affiliates, creators, paid acquisition, CRM and retention
- A track record of scaling FTDs and revenue while improving traffic quality
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, attribution and funnel leaks
- Strong brand instincts. You know how to build a brand that people remember without turning it into something bland and corporate
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, messy environment
- Willing to be hands‑on at the start and build the team around you over time
