Newrest is recruiting a

Chief Financial Officer

for one of itssubsidiaries in

the World, to strengthen the group's development.

Reporting to the Country Manager (in the day-to‑day)and Group CFO (matrixorganization) you will takefull responsibility of admnistration andfinancial aspects in the country where

Newrest operates.

As Business Partner you will have a key role in the implementationofthe groupstrategyin the country.

Missions

Manage and train the local administrative team(accounting, cash collection, tax & legal, treasury, internal control, costcontrol, payroll)

Ensure the production of the subsidiary'scorporate accounts and payroll and guarantee compliance with local accounting,tax and social obligations

Set up and apply group standards and procedureswithin the subsidiary

Lead the budget process (P&L, Balance Sheet,Cash flow, CAPEX, etc…)

Organize Boards of Directors and Shareholders'Meetings

Manage relations with the supervisoryauthorities

Elaborate monthly reporting and ensure controlof activities as well as operational dashboards

Manage closely the cash position with bankinginstitutions and the group

Animate relationship with third parties:customers, suppliers, auditors, insurances

Ensure a daily relationship with the company'shead office and be able to provide adhoc analyses on request.

Note : this position is not based in Toulouse, Only linked to the HQ.
