Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function end to end
• Shape Vizzia's financial trajectory: capital structure, financing levers, and value-creation path
• Run scenarios to inform leadership decisions
• Manage financing and capital levers, including client contract structures
• Build the financial systems and lead the finance team
• Produce monthly reporting and establish reporting foundations
• Lead Vizzia's fundraising strategy

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on financial expertise
• Proven experience building reporting, modeling, and month-end close processes
• Experience in businesses with genuinely complex flows: working capital, inventory, purchasing
• Track record in a scale-up hyper-growth environment
• Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Experience preparing and running a fundraising process: advising on amount, partners, and negotiations
• Clear executive-level communication skills
