Your Mission

Drive business development and market expansion from early traction to scale

Launch and grow Variet, securing first customers and distribution channels

Build strategic partnerships and
B2B licensing models
and new industry verticals

Lead fundraising, investor engagement, and pitch preparation

Develop and execute the go-to-market roadmap for both the brand and the technology platform

Assemble and lead the founding team as we scale

Contribute to financial planning and operational execution

What You Bring

Experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership

Proven ability to take products from zero to one and build traction

Skilled in both strategy and hands-on execution

Strong communicator — able to pitch, negotiate, and close deals

Experience with
licensing or tech commercialization
is a plus

Passion for sustainable innovation and meaningful product ecosystems

Ownership mindset — focused on long-term value creation
