Chief Cross-Program Design Arbiter

Forvia seeks a senior leader to own the Transversal Design Authority backlog and drive cross-program decisions across Core Programs. You will frame KDDs, secure digital continuity, and ensure portfolio-level arbitration is respected to avoid isolated project choices.

This role requires extensive experience in industrial programs, strong facilitation, and the ability to drive consensus among senior leaders across European hubs.
