Chief Audit Executive & SOX PMO Leader (ESOP)

Parsons seeks an experienced VP, Chief Audit Executive to lead the Internal Audit function and the SOX PMO across the enterprise. The role emphasizes a disciplined approach to risk, internal controls, governance, and data analytics to drive effective audits and regulatory compliance.

The CAE will design an annual risk-based audit plan, allocate resources, and report progress to the Audit & Risk Committee. Travel and extended hours are required as needed.
