Chief AI Operations Architect

Pelico, a fast-growing AI-powered operations platform for manufacturing, is looking for a senior leader to own the AIgent Hub product and steer the AI Ops portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Ops, and Engineering to align roadmap with business goals.

In this role, you will shape the adoption of agent-first workflows, establish governance for models and costs, and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver scalable AI capabilities across the organization.
