Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)

A leading infrastructure and utilities company listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand is seeking a senior leader to head its Corporate Support Division.

This is a strategic leadership role overseeing five core functions - Human Resources, Procurement, Administration, Information Technology, and Corporate Communication - reporting directly to the Deputy Managing Director.

Desired Skills and Experience

What you'll be responsible for

• Setting the direction for all corporate support functions and ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Leading HR across the full employee lifecycle - talent acquisition, development, performance, and culture
• Overseeing procurement governance, vendor management, and cost optimisation
• Driving the organisation's IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity posture
• Managing corporate communications - internal, external, and crisis communication
• Establishing SOPs, governance frameworks, and departmental budgets across all five functions

What we're looking for

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate services, shared services, or operations management
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple corporate support functions simultaneously
• Background in a regulated industry - utilities, infrastructure, energy, or state-linked enterprise is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with SET-listed company governance, compliance, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong command of Thai labour law and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly desirable
