Requirements

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent understanding of Latvian accounting and tax legislation
• Strong computer skills (MS Office and accounting software)
• Ability to work under pressure, within a team, and with a positive attitude toward innovation
• High sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
