Chief Accountant, France(A199022)

1. Local Accounting Compliance Management

• Manage and reconcile differences between local accounts and group accounts to ensure consistency in accounting standards
• Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with local GAAP, as well as other financial reports required by the group
• Coordinate and facilitate external audits, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely follow-up on audit findings and remediation actions

2. Local Tax Compliance Management

• Ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of all applicable taxes;
• Handle and respond to local tax inspections/audits, and effectively address tax inquiries and disputes
• Oversee the implementation of transfer pricing policies and participate in tax planning and optimisation for relevant business operations

3. Fiscal and Tax Process Development

• Lead or participate in the design, establishment, and rollout of local fiscal and tax compliance processes
• Drive the standardisation and continuous improvement of relevant fiscal policies, procedures, and internal controls, in alignment with group guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Monitor changes in local fiscal and tax legislation, assess their impact in a timely manner, and update internal operating procedures to ensure ongoing compliance

Job requirement

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• 2.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or corporate tax functions
• 3.In-depth knowledge of French local GAAP and tax laws and regulations
• 4.Proficiency in English, French, and Chinese (both written and spoken)
