Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated content on organic chemistry, including reaction mechanisms, functional groups, stereochemistry, and retrosynthesis.
• Assess AI's understanding of inorganic chemistry, covering coordination compounds, main group elements, and solid‑state chemistry.
• Provide expert feedback on physical chemistry concepts, such as thermodynamics, kinetics, quantum mechanics, and spectroscopy.
• Review and correct AI outputs related to analytical chemistry techniques, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, and titrations.
• Create detailed explanations for chemical principles, experimental procedures, and safety protocols.
• Formulate challenging chemistry problems that require multi‑step reasoning and application of theoretical knowledge.

Ideal Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Comprehensive understanding across organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry.
• Experience in chemical research, teaching, or scientific writing is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with chemical drawing software (e.g., ChemDraw) and molecular modeling concepts.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex chemical concepts and reaction mechanisms.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to scientific accuracy.
