Second shift, 03:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday; starting January 2026: 12-hour shift, nights

What you will enjoy doing

• Perform chemical stripping operations of coatings based on internal and customer requirements/specifications
• Complete pre-process and post-process documentation
• Perform 10X visual and dimensional inspection on customer parts that have been stripped to evaluate parts for non-conformities
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures and complying with all applicable regulations
• Work in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations, quality, and engineering

What makes you great

• High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience
• Self-sufficient and focused on assigned duties, including prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• Reliable to achieve assigned duties in a timely manner
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods of time, and have good manual dexterity
