Chemical Process Engineer - Toulouse, France - 6 Month Contract

Our client is a global CDMO who is scaling multiple facilities in the coming years as they strive to become a market leading operator within their specialism. Working as our client’s new Chemical Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role within their growth and expansion plans, supporting existing facilities and projects. This will be a 6‑month contract on their site based in Toulouse. The successful candidate will be joining a company with global reach offering a rewarding career within a cutting‑edge life sciences environment.

What you’ll do:

• Support the transition from documentation to hands‑on production, assisting operators and troubleshooting early production issues
• Develop and write Master Batch Records, Manufacturing Batch Records, and Operational SOPs for chemical production processes
• Review raw process data and produce clear, accurate documentation in both French and English
• Apply chemical engineering knowledge to describe processes, equipment operation, and critical parameters accurately

What you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in chemical engineering roles
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of documentation deliverables
• Previous experience writing Master Batch Records, Manufacturing Batch Records, or Operational SOPs
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
