Job DescriptionSIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES\n- \n
- Monitor and analyze activity indicators (intervention costs, etc.), and propose corrective action where necessary \n
- Supervise the distribution of tasks and files to optimize activity, by collaboration with its teams \n
- Propose and manage the budget for his activity, in collaboration with his superiors, on the basis of the service policy defined by his superiors \n
- Contribute to the planning of external interventions in collaboration with internal stakeholders \n
- Monitor internal and external outstandings, in collaboration with internal stakeholders (warranty invoicing, etc.) \n
- Ensure that files are invoiced and that objectives (sales, margins, etc.) are met, and alert if necessary \n
- Check the information in the various documents and business tools provided by operational teams, relating to operations (intervention reports, hours worked, etc.) \n
- Participate in resolving customer disputes, in collaboration with internal stakeholders \n

- Contribute to the follow-up of regulatory controls and ensure compliance of premises and regulatory compliance (health, safety and environment) \n
- Conducting safety inspections \n
- Participate in analyzing the causes of workplace accidents and propose corrective actions, if necessary, in collaboration with the safety and environment teams \n

- Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized on the basis of activity, in collaboration with line management \n
- Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.) \n
- Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) by collaboration with human resources teams \n
- Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessary \n
