Position Overview

As our agency expands in Martigues (13), we are looking for an experienced Chef(fe) de Projet to reinforce our teams. The role focuses on managing full-state construction (TCE) projects primarily in the South East of France.

Responsibilities

The Chef(fe) de Projet will assume operational and commercial responsibility for the projects assigned to them. Key duties include:

• Handle tenders: allocate resources, develop budgets, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure client satisfaction with the goals of client retention and account development.
• Supervise all resources assigned to projects, communicate objectives, and monitor mission fulfillment.
• Manage supplier orders and subcontracting when applicable.
• Plan, prepare, and conduct design and steering reviews.
• Implement quality processes and ensure their application within teams.
• Maintain margin and deadline objectives.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance within project teams.
• Provide reporting and capture lessons learned from each project.

Qualifications

• Engineer training with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in full-state construction project management methodology.
• Proficiency with office tools; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
• Professional English.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigor, and a strong teamwork orientation.
