CHEF.FE COMPTABLE
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounting, payroll, and all related fiscal and social declarations.
- Participates in strategic reflection on the general policy and development of the structure.
- Provides evening coverage for some performances, together with other senior staff.
- Establish and ensure accuracy of all accounting entries (general and analytical).
- Coordinate accounting work of the administration officer / accounting collaborator.
- Control cash desk service outputs.
- Prepare cash flow plan and monitor it.
- Submit grant payment requests.
- Ensure administrative follow‑up of authorship rights and para‑tax.
- Execute fiscal declarations (VAT, DAS2, TVS, continuing education, etc.).
- Prepare annual accounts and collaborate with the external accountant and auditor for closing.
- Perform inventory entries, process fixed assets and equipment grants.
- Ensure proper filing and preservation of mandatory documents within legal deadlines.
- Define general archiving policy in conjunction with the direction team and enforce it.
- Implement inventory operations of equipment in collaboration with the technical director.
- Transmit required documents to external controllers and remain available for their requests.
- Process payroll operations for permanent staff, fixed‑term and intermittent performers using planning software – payslips, end‑of‑contract documents.
- Ensure accuracy of social and fiscal declarations within legal deadlines.
- Stay updated on social law developments.
- Extract financial data needed for statistics and analysis.
- Transmit documents to external controllers and remain available when needed.
- Prepare financial reports required for specific aid perception.
- Update actual artistic budgets (Unido).
- Align delegated budgets with service managers.
- Gather information and file city policy dossiers.
Qualifications
- Significant training and experience in accounting / management / payroll – minimum 5 years.
- Mastery of accounting techniques: knowledge in taxation, finance, and social law.
- Proficiency with IT tools (accounting, payroll, ticketing, planning, office software) and interest in optimisation / digitisation.
- Ability to propose improvements to IT tools.
- Organisational, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, prioritisation, strict confidentiality, enthusiasm, team spirit, and relational qualities.
- Passion for live performance and culture.
- Experience in a chartered accounting firm appreciated.
Conditions and Compensation
Full‑time CDI. Start date: 20 August 2026. Cadre status – Group 4 (CCNEAC), 207 days per year including evening and weekend coverage. Salary according to collective agreement and experience, lunch vouchers. Occasional travel.
