Au sein de l’établissement de Rennes, rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Exploitation, vous contribuez à l’atteinte des objectifs d’optimisation de l’organisation et de qualité assignés à l’établissement dans le respect de nos obligations légales.**Missions :**Dans ce cadre, vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes :· Vous gérez et organisez au quotidien l’activité d’exploitation en fonction des normes de productivité et de qualité.· Vous assurez la coordination et la supervision du fonctionnement de l’activité dans le respect des délais définis en tenant compte des contraintes quotidiennes et de celles des autres activités.· Vous animez votre équipe en transmettant les directives, planifiant l’activité en fonction des compétences des collaborateurs(rices).· Vous organisez et animez des réunions courtes quotidiennes pour transmettre les informations nécessaires au lancement de l’activité et également impliquer et fédérer les salariés.· Vous accompagnez vos collaborateurs dans leur progression professionnelle..**Profil :**Vous avez de l’expérience sur un poste similaire et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre très bon relationnel ainsi que vos capacités de management d’équipe et de développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs. Dynamique, autonome et bienveillant, vous avez fait la preuve de vos qualités de rigueur, d’implication, d’organisation et de gestion des priorités. Votre capacité d’analyse vous permet d’être force de proposition et d’être à l’aise dans la résolution des problèmes et imprévus.
