Chef de Zone Export

Location: Paris, 75008, France

Contract: CDI

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for Lesieur in the assigned zone.
  • Manage the existing client portfolio and prospect new accounts.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Export and Marketing teams to translate strategy into annual action plans.
  • Develop and promote Lesieur brands within the zone, coordinating with Trade Marketing Export and Marketing Lesieur France.
  • Prepare the annual Business Review in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
  • Manage a network of distributors across countries, reinforcing brand presence and expanding market share.
  • Maintain lasting client relationships, address issues and disputes, and negotiate terms (price, delivery, volume).
  • Coordinate logistics, customs and export compliance with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analyze performance, produce reports, monitor KPIs and propose corrective actions; responsible for P&L of the zone.
  • Lead and animate internal and external commercial activities, driving network engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bac +4/5 in International Trade or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong negotiation and sales techniques in an international context.
  • Good knowledge of customs procedures and international regulations.
  • Proficiency with international payment instruments.
  • Project management and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to diverse cultures.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Qualities

  • Team player, capable of collaborating effectively with finance, legal, supply chain, category management, marketing, and commercial support teams.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Conditions of Work

  • Flexible working hours to adapt to client time zones.
  • Travel abroad required.
