Our client is a startup in France within a very successful Tech provider used by over 100,000 insurers and brokers globally. Due to recent growth into the French market, a need has come up for a Senior (Confirmé) Project Manager at their offices in Paris La Défense.

Working in conjunction with the Operations Director, the successful Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Conduct platform implementation projects
• Ensure the correct distribution of subjects by coordinating Business Analysts
• Participate in platform demonstrations in tender, pre-sales phases
• Ensure customer satisfaction by intervening on the entire value chain of brokers and insurers
• Participate in the design of tailor-made technological solutions
• Manage accounts of existing customers

Main requirements:

• Full right to work in France without any restrictions
• Bac+2/Bac+3 minimum
• Native level of French and fluent English
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an insurance company, brokerage or InsurTech provider
• Passion for technology and digital transformation
• Analytical mind, easy-going personality, proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, goal-oriented, can work independently as well as in teams
• Familiarity with data analysis models in insurance
• Good command of video design tools, webinars and interactive tests are highly welcome

The role is hybrid- 3 days a week in the offices in Paris La Défense. Package includes a base salary of up to €70,000 p.a. depending on experience, an additional 5% performance bonus, RTT, AXA, ticket résto, gym, transport and other benefits.
