Chef de projet Travaux H/F- VIASANTE

VIASANTE - PERPIGNAN is a part of the AG2R LA MONDIALE Group, a major player in French social protection. The company is a health insurance mutual for individuals, professionals and businesses, ranking sixth among French mutuals and protecting nearly a million people. The real estate and general services department manages a 44,000 m² property portfolio across 27 departments, with 13 administrative sites—including Perpignan and Toulouse—and 39 commercial offices. A project to rehabilitate premises in Perpignan requires additional project managers in construction.

Mission

You will be employed by the Groupement d’Employeurs SCET GE (Groupe Caisse des Dépôts) under a 12‑month fixed‑term contract and placed with VIASANTE. Your role is to supervise and coordinate construction and renovation works, acting as the deputy to the Director of Real Estate and General Services. You may be based in Toulouse or Perpignan and will potentially work across all VIASANTE sites, with the first six months focused on the rehabilitation of the Perpignan facility. You will continue your involvement until handover, ensuring that quality, time and budget objectives are met.

• Supervise and coordinate the progress of planned works.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams and subcontractors in a project‑based approach across all technical lots.
• Maintain budget tracking and provide regular reporting to the real‑estate management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and contractual deadline standards.
• Manage client interfaces and coordinate with control offices.
• Anticipate and resolve technical and organizational issues on site.

Profil

Candidate is an engineer trained in construction works, civil engineering or building‑construction technology, with at least five years of experience leading construction projects. Mastery of multi‑body coordination and the challenges of project management is required. You may need to travel across the country and appreciate a dynamic construction environment and team leadership.
