Your mission
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of information systems related to serialization and aggregation (Laetus and TraceLink) according to the Company’s needs and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to the various Operations stakeholders along the traceability chain.
Who you are
- Participate in monitoring regulatory evolutions regarding serialization and aggregation across different countries, maintaining a consolidated view for all affected drug markets.
- Ensure a transversal coordination role on Level 2 and 3 systems deployed at production sites, consolidating tickets for publishers and analyzing their handling.
- Ensure the proper functioning of serialization and aggregation solutions, analyze system availability, process interface anomalies, and participate in tool parameterization.
