Descriptif du poste:

• Pilot an industrial transformation program for intralogistics flows across multiple French sites.
• Coordinate deployment of AGV / AMR robotized solutions to automate internal flows: semi-finished, components, finished products, and waste.
• Ensure technical and functional coherence of solutions deployed across all sites.
• Define a common technical framework: AGV/AMR architecture, integration standards, communication protocols, and WCS/ERP interfaces.
• Develop global specifications for consulting specialized integrators.
• Set up multi-site project governance: steering committees, reporting, planning, collaborative tools.
• Lead the call for tenders, analyze technical and financial proposals, then support the selection of a single integrator.
• Coordinate internal teams, external providers, procurement, legal, IT/OT, and affected sites.
• Integrate cyber security concerns related to connected equipment, industrial networks, WCS, and OT/IT environments.
• Track program progress, anticipate risks, arbitrate priorities, and guarantee compliance with cost, schedule, and project objectives.
• Prepare regular travel to various sites in France.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale industrial projects.
• Previous experience leading intralogistics, automation, industrial robotics, AGV/AMR or industrial flow transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multi-site projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project phases: scoping, specifications, tenders, supplier selection, contracting, and deployment management.
• Strong understanding of interfaces between industrial systems, WCS, ERP, IT/OT, and cyber security.
• Recognized leadership, coordination, and rigor in project management.
• Skill in structuring clear project governance and effective communication with varied stakeholders.
• Autonomous, results-oriented, risk-anticipating, and able to view complex topics from a high perspective.
• Mobile for regular travel to industrial sites across France.
• Professional level English is appreciated.
