Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project. You will utilize your broad business expertise and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies to manage scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage Project Scope and Schedule: Apply techniques for planning, resource allocation, tracking, change control, financial and technical risk, and issue management to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Resources: Manage and collaborate with all project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers, to establish an effective communication plan with the project team, stakeholders, and the client.
- Lead Daily Standup Meetings: Run daily standup meetings with the project team to track progress and follow up on sprint deliverables.
- Provide Project Status Updates: Offer regular project status updates to the client to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Establish Communication Plan: Develop and implement an effective communication plan to ensure seamless collaboration among project stakeholders.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- IT Concepts Understanding: Exposure to IT concepts such as Open source, Cloud computing, Server, Storage, and Networking.
- Project Management Methodologies: Exposure to Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies and possession of PMI/PMP/Prince2 certification.
- Project Delivery Experience: Experience working with project teams to deliver solutions to clients using business measurements and terms and conditions for projects.
- Risk and Issue Management: Exposure to techniques for planning, resource allocation, tracking, change control, financial and technical risk, and issue management.
- Broad Business Expertise: Experience working with broad TLS-wide business expertise, including managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Agile Methodologies Knowledge: Exposure to Agile/SCRUM/Lean/Kanban/Design Thinking methodologies, with ability to apply them in project management.
- IT Service Management: Exposure to IT concepts such as Open source, Cloud computing, Server, Storage, and Networking, with understanding of their applications in project delivery.
- Project Management Certification: Possession of PMI/PMP/Prince2 certification, with ability to utilize knowledge in managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
