Mission

Assist directors of SMBs to regain control of their finances by connecting to their financial flows and providing a management platform that simplifies daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship : act as the primary point of contact for partner accounting firms during the pilot and ongoing contract phases; ensure effective communication, understand needs, and maintain a trusting partnership.
• Project management : design, coordinate, and control the deployment phases of Pennylane within partner firms, ensuring on‑time delivery of milestones.
• Resource coordination : bridge the partner and Pennylane teams to resolve deployment challenges and allocate necessary resources.
• Account health : use data‑driven insights to proactively recommend adoption improvements and migration solutions for partners.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting firm, audit or consulting, startup/scale‑up, or corporate environment.
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals without being an expert.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to apply technology to finance.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, dynamic, convincing and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑changing environment and collaborate across teams.
• Basic proficiency in English.
