Position

Accountancy Supervisor – Directly reporting to the Associate Partner, responsible for technical supervision and coordination of a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bookkeeping, lead account reviews, and oversee the preparation of balance sheets and tax statements.
• Analyze and manage complex dossiers.
• Review and validate balance sheets and tax statements.
• Coach, train, and support team members.
• Advise clients on management and development projects.
• Provide strategic and operational support to clients on accounting and tax issues.
• Manage a team of 3 collaborators.
• Deliver operational and technical support to collaborators.

Qualifications

• Graduate of DCG, DSCG, or ongoing DEC.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a professional practice.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to provide advice daily.
• Leadership, pedagogical skills, and a passion for consulting.

Compensation & Benefits

• Location: Paris 17.
• Contract: CDI – Full time.
• Salary: €55,000–€65,000 plus bonuses, profit sharing, and participation.
• Meal vouchers, vacation checks, and other benefits.
• One day of remote work per week.
