Chef de mission comptable H/F

Role

You will manage a strategic portfolio of SMEs, ETIs and large companies, acting as a trusted partner beyond basic accounting. You will lead assignments, guide teams, and actively improve accounting organisations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diversified portfolio exclusively of SMEs, ETIs and groups.
• Coach and develop a team of three collaborators.
• Supervise current tax declarations and fiscal integration matters.
• Participate in audits and account closing.
• Produce monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Prepare consolidation packages and conduct technical analyses.
• Assist clients in optimizing their accounting processes and fast close.
• Design and deliver internal or client training sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in a certified public accounting firm.
• Must have worked with SMEs, ETIs, and large companies.
• Expertise in fiscal integration issues.
• Enjoy managing and developing teams.
• Combines rigor, strategic vision, and excellent client relations.
• Beyond a diploma, the experience, posture and ability to manage complex subjects will make a real difference.
