Position Summary

We are looking for VRD site managers (H/F) to strengthen our teams. In partnership with a Works Superintendent, you will ensure the proper execution of the site on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Participate in site preparation
• Ensure proper execution of works and meet objectives (deadlines, cost, quality)
• Supervise subcontracted works
• Manage and animate your team
• Ensure the security of all personnel present on site
• Guarantee compliance with QSE instructions

These missions may adjust or evolve according to activity.

Qualifications

• Self‑taught or holder of a BAC+2/3 in public works, with more than 7 years of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and reactive skills
• A passion for taking on new challenges and working in a team
