Missions

L’agent aura pour mission de veiller au bon fonctionnement des installations de courants forts et faibles du laboratoire et répondre au plus vite aux demandes internes d’entretien et de maintenance.

Activities

• Conduire, contrôler et optimiser l’exploitation des installations techniques courants faibles (installation électrique, téléphonie, accès badge, barrière IR, système anti intrusion, vidéosurveillance, centrales gaz et incendie, Gestion Technique Centralisée (GTC, GTB), et courants forts (installations électriques HT / BT) dans un objectif de coût global, d’efficacité énergétique et de confort.
• Coordonner les activités de service exploitation / maintenance internes et externes.
• Suivre et réaliser certaines opérations liées au bâti ou à l’installation de nouveaux équipements scientifiques.
• Together with the department manager, to set up and monitor contractual arrangements with external partners for operation and maintenance.
• Setting up and monitoring contracts for regulatory technical inspections and other outsourced operation/maintenance services.
• Managing the design and implementation of maintenance work (organising, studying, planning, checking and acceptance).
• Participer à la sécurité des personnes et des locaux, notamment autour des installations électriques.

Qualifications

• Electricity: high and low voltage (in-depth knowledge).
• Techniques d’optimisation de la conduite des installations électriques (connaissances approfondies)
• Techniques d’installation et de maintenance des équipements locaux (connaissances générales).
• Techniques for the various building trades (general knowledge)
• Project management methodology (basic concepts)
• Fire safety regulations (general knowledge)
• Public procurement (basic knowledge) : To be able to award a contract and monitor its performance.
• Aptitude for teamwork and multi-project objectives
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• Faire preuve d’ouverture d’esprit.

Context

The assistant engineer will work in the Health, Safety and Infrastructure department of the IEMN's central laboratory in Villeneuve d'Ascq. He/she will report to the head of this department. The IEMN is a 450-strong research institute. Its research activity is multidisciplinary and covers a broad spectrum ranging from materials physics to telecommunications systems. Its research activities are based mainly on two technical departments: the Centrale de Micro et Nano Fabrication (C.M.N.F) and the plateforme de Caractérisation Multi-Physique (P.C.M.P). Le laboratoire central de l’IEMN (13400m2) dans lequel l’agent effectuera ses missions, héberge 1600m2 de salle blanche et 1400m2 de laboratoire en zone ISO8. Le service d’affectation Hygiène, Sécurité et Infrastructure est un service commun de l’IEMN et comprendra au total trois agents. The position is located in a sector covered by the protection of scientific and technical potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that your arrival be authorised by the competent MESR authority.
