Snapshot of Your Day
As a Production Group Leader (M/F) based in Le Havre (76), you will play a key role in the operational performance and safety of production activities. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will work in shift patterns (3x8, weekends and public holidays) and manage a team of 30 to 50 operators.
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of production activities, in compliance with company standards and industrial requirements. Your mission will be to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives, while developing your teams and actively contributing to the site’s industrial strategy (PRISMA, SAP, Lean).

How You'll Make a Difference
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving and promoting a Zero Tolerance Safety Culture, ensuring strict day-to-day compliance with HSE rules
- Organizing and steering production activities to achieve performance targets
- Managing, motivating and developing operators and team leaders (skills development, versatility, evaluations, objectives)
- Ensuring hands‑on management that fosters team cohesion and a positive social climate
- Supporting the deployment of site strategy and tools (PRISMA, SAP, performance indicators)
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, problem‑solving) and implementing corrective actions in the event of deviations

- Essential qualifications and experience
- Proven experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and production organization
- Ability to plan and prioritize activities based on human and material resources
- In-depth knowledge of safety, hygiene, environmental and quality regulations, with exemplary application
- Operational level of English required
