Chef de Cuisine – Clairvaux Nepal
Clairvaux Nepal is searching for a skilled Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities: creating menus, managing inventory and food costs, ensuring high‑quality dishes are consistently served, and leading, training and motivating the kitchen team.
Qualifications: at least 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, strong knowledge of international cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a degree or diploma in Culinary Arts preferred (not required).
Compensation: full‑time position with a monthly salary of $1600.
